Our approach is simple, we're expanding the reach of our "Financial Wellness Program" for use in the prospecting effort as a free employee benefit service to employers. You will have the potential for earning compensation in two ways, here's how it works...
Our "Wellness Program" is a consultative service offered to employees through their employers. Employees are able to access licensed professionals in the tax, accounting, investment or personal finance space and have their questions answered free of charge without any proprietary influence. As the servicing agent you will earn a referral fee for each employer onboarded. Second, as we build credibility with those employers, you as the servicing agent, will have the opportunity to replace or add products to their benefit offerings, through us, for which you will earn commissions.
Applicants should be intuitive communicators interested in a flexible, remote, work from home position that offers growth opportunities, significant earning potential and plenty of variety. Our main office is in Newark, Delaware but applicants may reside nationwide as long as they are licensed in their home state.

Successful Candidates Will Have the Following Background...Active insurance license to practice profession Verifiable insurance sales experienceKnowledgeable in all types of benefit plans HSA, HRA and FSA experience helpful but not required Basic understanding of computers and statistics
Results-driven...Ability to present, persuade and eventually close Focused on delivering an employee-centric solution benefiting employers High school graduates are considered but an Associates degree or higher is preferred
